Departure
On the day of departure, go directly to the airport terminal entrance. Please call the parking lot at least 30 minutes before your arrival to ensure the valet is there on time. Once there, you and the valet will perform an inspection of the car before handing over the car keys. you can now travel with peace of mind.

Bonjour Jacky, Nous tenons à vous présenter nos excuses pour la situation rencontrée. Nous comprenons tout à fait votre mécontentement face à l'absence du voiturier, ce qui est particulièrement contraignant à 04h00 du matin avant un vol. Pour rappel, Parkos est une plateforme de réservation en ligne intermédiaire, et ce manque de ponctualité de la part du prestataire ne correspond pas à la qualité de service attendue. Sachez que votre dossier est actuellement en cours de traitement par nos équipes. Afin de nous permettre d'intervenir auprès du parking et de faire progresser votre dossier, nous sommes en attente des documents justificatifs demandés par e-mail. Dès réception de ces pièces, nous pourrons finaliser nos démarches avec le partenaire pour résoudre ce problème. En attendant, nous vous souhaitons une belle journée. Cordialement, Mathilde de ParkosNous sommes furieux car le voiturier est arrivé avec 30 minutes de retard pour l’aller et le retour nous n’avons pas compris pourquoi on nous donne un téléphone et quand on envoie notre message on nous répond qu’il faut prévenir quelqu’un d’autre !!! Vos services ne semblent pas fiables et à l’aller le voiturier s’est tout juste excusé !! Impensable, incroyable et nous n’avons eu aucune confiance !!!

Quentin de ParkosBonjour, nous avons deux remarques : Notre avion avait du retard et le chauffeur n'arrêtait pas de nous appeler alors que nous n'avions pas atterri! Quelques modifications sur l'écran : station de radio, écran différent... Rien d'important, juste agaçant lorsque l'on ne s'y connait pas trop sur les tableaux de bord!
