Parking with shuttle service
After you park your car at Exclusive Parking Bilbao, a shuttle bus will take you to the airport immediately. The journey takes approximately 10 minutes. Upon your return the same shuttle vehicle will pick you up
at the departure area and will take you back to the parking lot where you will find your car ready.
Vehicles with a total length exceeding 5.50 meters will not be permitted. Therefore, motorhomes, campervans, and large vans are not allowed.
Additional costs:
The parking charges an additional cost of €5,- when arrival or departure is between 00:00 and 06:00 for each entry or exit within that time.
Key drop-off: Customers park their vehicles themselves and retain their keys. However, on certain dates, due to multiple flight delays, customers may be asked to assist in leaving the keys.

Creo que el precio es competitivo pero el tiempo de espera después de la vuelta fue demasiado (30 minutos desde que me contestaron al teléfono hasta que me subí al vehículo). Además al utilizar el limpiaparabrisas posterior me di cuenta que lo habían cambiado por uno en mal estado.

El parking bastante bien lo único que hay que esperar mucho tiempo que te recojan en el aeropuerto y después de muchas horas de viaje lo mejor sería que ya te estén esperando ahí con la información que tienen de tu llegada.

He puesto una estrella porque 0 no deja. Lamentable, el parking estaba con la capacidad máxima superada con coches por todas partes. Nos obligaron a dejar las llaves cuando no queríamos. El "autobus" es una furgoneta vieja que en cada vuelta lleva máximo unas 7 personas, así que eso de que te llevan/traen del aeropuerto cada 10 mins es mentira, según con cuánta gente coincidas puede ser que tengas que esperar hasta 1 hora. El parking no ofrece ningún tipo de seguridad, el coche está mejor en cualquier calle y teniendo tú las llaves y vas al aeropuerto en bus. Además, cuándo volví a coger el coche parecía que la radio estaba desconfigurada, me saltó a la radio cuando debería ser el usb, el movil ya no se conectaba por bluetooth, lo tuve que emparejar de nuevo como si fuese la primera vez que conectaba ese movil a mi coche (he leído que esto pasa si se apaga la batería o se borra la configuración). Y hoy (unos 15 días después) el coche no arranca por problemas de batería. Estoy pensando que me la han cambiado y no me extrañaría nada, visto todo lo que ha pasado y explicaría el problema del bluetooth y el cambio de usb a radio.
