On the day of your departure, you drive directly to Stuttgart Airport at Flughafenstrasse 32, 70629 Stuttgart. You contact our on-site staff approximately 30 minutes before your stated arrival time so that we can finally plan and prepare for your arrival. The colleague will tell you exactly where the vehicle handover will take place. Either at the departure level Terminal 3+4 or at the arrival level Terminal 3+4 (you can reach this via the entrance to car park P5. There are no additional costs for you). Depending on the traffic volume and booking density, we decide the handover location individually for each customer. A timely telephone announcement is mandatory and without this, the vehicle cannot be picked up at the agreed time, as this would put other customers at a serious disadvantage. If costs arise due to early or late arrival and the place and time of vehicle acceptance have not been finally clarified and confirmed beforehand, these will be borne by the customer. A communicative and understanding collaboration leads to a smooth and relaxed vehicle acceptance for all customers.
Departure
The vehicle return, just like the vehicle acceptance, takes place either at the departure level Terminal 3+4 or the arrival level Terminal 3+4, depending on customer density and traffic volume. Once you have landed and collected your luggage, if you have any, please contact us again on the same phone number. The colleague will tell you where to go and will drive your vehicle for you. To confirm your identity, it is important to show the employee your identification card without being asked. The customer is obliged to pick up his vehicle immediately upon arrival. Delays that arise due to private purchases or restaurant visits and thereby disadvantage other customers will be charged to the customer in cash on site. A communicative and understanding collaboration leads to a smooth and relaxed vehicle return for all customers.
