Transfer information and fees
Transfer time: approximately 10 minutes.
- €10 for arrivals/departures between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
- €10 on public holidays
- Surcharges for non-standard vehicles (vans, pick-ups, trucks, etc.): £50 to be paid on site.
- Surcharges for unjustified delays: £25 to be paid on site.
- £10.00 for delays of more than 30 minutes.
- A €50 surcharge applies for each additional day.

Déçue car tarif qui ne correspondait pas à ce qui était indiqué lors de la réservation. Au retour, attente de 45 minutes et environ 50 km effectué alors que le parking est à 9 minutes
Merci de nous avoir tous déposé le monsieur du retour était top et très convivial
Catastrophique. 39 minutes de retard à l aller. Pas de bonjoynin d excuses. Différents numéros de téléphone pour tenter de joindre le loueur.idem pour le retour concernant les renseignements où on pouvez se retrouver. Bref on ne relouera plus avec vos services
Un chauffeur devait récupéré au dépose minute ma voiture a 4h45. A 5 h personne n'arrive ,je téléphone et là on me dit problème pas de chauffeur . Donc on me dit d'emmener ma voiture a 12 kms de l'aéroport et étant en retard a l'aéroport il ne m'a pas été possible d'enregistrer ma valise ,suis donc parti 3 jours a Madrid sans affaires . Très déçu des services de Roissy. J'étais habitué a Parkos Orly et eux jamais de problème .
