How does it work?
Shuttle: Park your car, then take the free shuttle to the airport (10 mins). Call us when you return.

Transfer information and fees
Transfer time: approximately 10 minutes.
- €10 for arrivals/departures between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
- €10 on public holidays
- Surcharges for non-standard vehicles (vans, pick-ups, trucks, etc.): £50 to be paid on site.
- Surcharges for unjustified delays: £25 to be paid on site.
- £10.00 for delays of more than 30 minutes.
- A €50 surcharge applies for each additional day.

Personne est venu nous récupérer à l'arrivée, nous avons patienté de 21h à 23h et n'ayant plus aucune réponse de leur part depuis 21h30 nous avons été par nos propre moyen récupérer notre voiture au parking situé à 17 minutes de l'aéroport. Une très mauvaise expérience, tant pour le service qui n'a pas été fait que par l'échange téléphonique avec le dirigeant de la société ce matin qui m'a simplement envoyé baladé.
A fuir Extrêmement mécontentement Le chauffeur n’est pas venu à notre retour et ne répondait plus au téléphone. Obligé de prendre un taxi pour aller sur place pour récupérer ma voiture et le personnel complètement dépassé.

Parking trop petit par rapport aux nombre de voitures qui l’ont réservé
Je ne mets aucune étoile (1car pas le choix !)parce que j’ai raté mon TGV à cause d’Aeroparking. Je suis très en colère:il n’y avait absolument personne à l’accueil, au téléphone l’employé se foutait de nous, c’était un bazar sans nom sur le parking ce 7 août 2026: aucun service n’a eu lieu! C’est une honte!!!
Trés mauvais, je vai porter réclamation, des frais "surprises" à l'arrivée on doublé la facture !!!!
