General information
There are sufficient parking spaces available for pre-reserved bookings, even if the parking garage is displayed as "occupied"
.The entry and exit is done by license plate recognition. If the license plate is not automatically recognized, please use the QR code that you received with the booking confirmation.
Do NOT pull a parking ticket. In case of problems with the barrier system, please press the call button, the staff is available 24/7.
If the QR code is not used on site, any additional costs incurred cannot be refunded.
Please note that entry/exit is possible a maximum of 2 hours before the booked arrival/departure time. A change of reservation is not possible within 24 hours before arrival.
Safety
Lighted, gated, video monitored (entrance and exit only), with fixed quality standards. Regular patrols are carried out.
