Arrival
On the day of departure, drive directly to Frankfurt Airport. Call 30 minutes before arrival to arrange a meeting point. You will find the phone number of the parking lot in your booking confirmation. The driver will already be waiting for you and will recognize you by your license plate. The vehicle status including mileage will be documented by the driver and sent to you as a report by email. He will then bring your vehicle to the parking area. From here, you walk to the check-in counter.
Return journey
On your return journey, call Parken Frankfurt twice. The first call will be made as soon as you have landed and the second call when you have all your luggage in your hands. The vehicle will then be returned to you at the agreed meeting point.
Important information
Parking Frankfurt offers covered parking spaces in the underground garage or outside. The precise valet service offers you a stress-free start to your vacation. You drop off your vehicle at the terminal and from there walk to the check-in counter.
