SaS Parking - Smart & Safe

At SaS Parking - Smart & Safe your vehicle will be parked for you in the secure car park. A personal taxi shuttle will take you to Hamburg Airport and pick you up on arrival. The paved car park is secured with cameras and has a gate.

Please call SaS Parking - Smart & Safe 15 minutes before you reach the site so that the staff can open the gate to the secure parking area for you in time. Park your car in the designated parking areas and show your reservation confirmation. Your luggage will then be loaded and you will be taken to the airport within approx. 5 minutes. Please allow more time, as the acceptance procedure may vary. The vehicle will park SaS Parking - Smart & Safe for you on the grounds of the Gutenbergring while you are already taking the taxi shuttle to the airport. When you land, the shuttle will pick you up and drive you to your vehicle so that you can continue your journey.

Cameras, fences and present staff provide ideal security. Your vehicle will not leave the premises during your absence.

At SaS Parking - Smart & Safe a personal taxi shuttle will take you to your desired departure terminal, which is located in Hamburg Terminal 1 or 2. SaS Parking - Smart & Safe will be happy to help you load and unload your luggage.

SaS Parking - Smart & Safe also offers you free child seats, which you can reserve at the time of booking.

Multiple person surcharge for the shuttle from the 5th person 5€ surcharge must be paid, 10€ for 6, 15€ for 7 and 20€ for 8 persons.

Vehicles that do not exceed the width of 2.20 metres and length of 5.20 metres can be parked at SaS Parking - Smart & Safe. If the length or width is exceeded, the provider will ask you to pay a surcharge. This surcharge can be paid in cash to the parking provider on site. We would ask you to contact the parking provider beforehand if you arrive with a larger vehicle than indicated above. Camper vans and caravans cannot be parked at SaS Parking.

The car park has large reception areas, which are also suitable for the less abled and allow you to get out safely.

SaS Parking - Smart & Safe is located near the B432 and is easily accessible from the A7 motorway in a few minutes.

Arrival

Please contact SaS Parking - Smart & Safe’s shuttle service 15 minutes before your arrival to confirm your arrival. Then go to the parking area and an employee of the shuttle service will open the gate to the surveilled parking terrain for you. You park your vehicle in the car parks and you will be helped to load your luggage. The shuttle, which awaits you at the entrance and is marked with the SaS Parking - Smart & Safe logo, will then take you to Hamburg Airport. Depending on the terminal of your choice, a staff member will drop you off at the departure level so that you can check in.

Return

On your return journey, contact the parking provider as soon as you have received your luggage. SaS Parking - Smart & Safe will then pick you up at Terminal „Airport Plaza“ upstairs at departure level and take you to your vehicle.
