IPS Parken has 1000 parking spaces, both indoor or outdoor. Each space is 3 meters wide. Staff is present 24/7.
Shuttle parking
First, you drive your car to the car park where staff will gladly assist you with your luggage, a free shuttle bus will then take you to the departures hall. The bus will take you back to the car park on your return journey.
Valet parking
When you choose valet service, an IPS Parken staff member will collect your car at the airport, and after a quick inspection, your car will be parked on their parking area whilst you continue your journey. On your return to the airport, your car will be delivered to the airport.
The IPS Parken terrain is fenced off and secured by entrance barriers. It is under CCTV and guarded by staff. Car keys are kept in a safe.
When handing over your car with valet parking, your car will be inspected for any damage. IPS Parken's drivers are insured and will park your car according to their general conditions.

Furthermore, we ask you to note that the transfer times you provide are binding.
3 people are included in the shuttle ride. An additional charge is required for each additional person. Tip: You are welcome to let your passengers get off at the airport beforehand and drive alone/as a couple to the parking area.
Please note that the shuttle transfer takes place every half and full hour.
The size of your vehicle should be a maximum of 2.00 m (width) x 5.00 (length). Please note that the parking provider charges larger vehicles twice. Please inquire separately about larger vehicles such as Sprinters.
If you have any questions regarding changes to your reservation on the weekend or 24 hours before the start of your trip, we recommend that you contact the parking provider. If you return late, the surcharge can be paid on site in cash to the parking provider.
Arrival
On the day of your trip, contact the parking provider 15 minutes before arrival and then drive your car to the parking provider's address above. You will be met there and you will be given an ID card on which the information and telephone number for your return journey are noted. The parking area is then on the opposite side, under the black-white-yellow bridge between the pillar " 21" and "23". Follow the signs to PrimusParken (the site is shared with this provider). You will then be driven to the airport.
Return journey
When you return to the airport, contact IPS Parken immediately after landing using the telephone number on the ID card. If your flight is delayed, please contact IPS Parken directly. The shuttle bus will then wait for you at departure hall B (departure terminal B), door 9.

Valet Arrival
On the day of your trip, you will travel to Düsseldorf Airport. Call the parking provider 15 minutes before you arrive at the airport to confirm your arrival time. Since barriers make entry at Düsseldorf Airport difficult, please follow the instructions of the parking provider's staff, who will tell you when you are allowed to drive through the barriers. After a period of 8 minutes, Düsseldorf Airport will charge fees, which you will have to pay yourself if you ignore the instructions of the IPS Parken staff. The handover of your car takes place at departure terminal A, door 2. An IPS-Parken/PrimusParken employee will be waiting for you here and will recognize you by your license plate. You can recognize the employee by the work clothes from ParkAirport (another IPS Parken company). Together with you, they will check your reservation confirmation and your car for any existing damage. You can then proceed directly to check-in for your flight.
Return journey
On your return journey, contact IPS Parking at the telephone number above immediately after collecting your luggage. If your flight is delayed, call IPS Parken. The driver will then take your car back to departure terminal A. Your car will be handed over to you here and you can start your journey home.
