The Shuttle Star site is fenced, illuminated and under video surveillance at all times. Staff are also present 24 hours a day, as the provider offers a 24/7 service. This means you can access the car park at any time of day or night.

You should allow around 30 minutes for parking including vehicle check-in and transfer to the airport.

3 people are included in the booking price. If there are more than 3 people, an additional charge will apply for each additional person. If you have not used the options in the booking window, you will have to pay the difference on site.

The parking provider charges a surcharge for vehicles that are more than 2.00 meters wide and 4.00 meters long.
If you are delayed by more than 30 minutes, you will have to pay an extra charge of €15.00, as this will incur additional personnel costs due to your late arrival.

Pets are not included in the transfer.How does shuttle parking work?
On the day of your trip, please drive to the Shuttle Star parking area. You don't have to call the parking provider before you arrive, but wait in front of the entrance until a member of staff picks you up. Please note that acceptance may take a little longer depending on the time of year and the customer. Therefore, plan enough time at the park area. Our recommendation is that you allow an extra 30 minutes for the recording on site and the drive to the airport. After you have been welcomed by a member of staff, you will then be taken by one of the shuttle buses to Departure Terminal 2, Area D.
Return journey
On the day of your return, after collecting your bags, call the driver to confirm that you can now be picked up. The phone number is up here. The driver will wait for you at the same meeting point to which you were driven on your day of departure, namely Terminal 2, penultimate exit in area D. Please note that there may be waiting times depending on the time of year and the customer. On average the waiting time is 15-30 minutes. The driver will then take you back to your vehicle so that you can quickly continue your journey home.
