Important information
Comfort Parking offers shuttle and valet parking and are open 24/7, shuttle buses drive according to reservations, so you will never have to wait long. Please note that maximum height for cars is 2 metres.
Shuttle Parking
With shuttle parking, you park your car in the parking garage and a shuttle bus will take you to Schiphol in approximately 7 minutes. The shuttle bus runs every half hour (00:00, 00:30, 01:00, etc). Upon return, you wait for the shuttle bus at the Pick-up Point.
Valet parking
At valet parking, you will hand your car to a Comfort Parking employee between departures halls 2 and 3 and after a quick check, you will be able to continue your journey. On the return journey, a staff member will be waiting for you with your car in the same spot.

At Comfort Parking you can be sure that your car is safely parked. Their extensive experience makes them a trustworthy parking partner where quality and service are their number one priority. Staff will be more than happy to assist you with your luggage and when using shuttle parking, you can take your keys with you. In addition, they offer extra services such as car washing and a charge point for electrical cars.
At Comfort Parking, your car is parked on secure premises. There is a free shuttle to transport you to and from Schiphol Airport.
On the day of departure, drive to the Comfort Parking parking garage on Van Cleeffkade 15. Please have your reservation voucher to hand, and call Comfort Parking on +31 (0)20 369 7500 30 minutes prior to arrival, so that they can get ready for your arrival. You can recognize Comfort Parking staff by their black shirts and red ties.
Shuttle parking
Arrival
On arrival, a staff member will help you with your luggage, you park your car, and a shuttle bus will then take you to Schiphol Airport in about four minutes.
Departure
Upon return to Schiphol, we ask customers to follow the "Pick-up Point" signs from the arrival hall.
Walking Direction:
1. Exit the arrival hall.
2. Follow the "Pick-up Point" signs.
3. Walk towards the Koepelstraat.
4. The driver will pick you up at section F, between F9 and F15.
Important:
- Make sure your phone is reachable after landing.
- Call the number listed in the booking!
Valet parking
Arrival
A Comfort Parking staff member will be waiting for you in the bend between departures halls 2 and 3. They will gladly assist you with your luggage and will go through the contract with you. Please make sure you bring your parking voucher with you. After a quick check of your car, the Comfort Parking driver will park your car for you in their secured garage and you can continue your journey.
Departure
On your return to the airport, please call Comfort Parking on +31 (0)20 369 7500 as soon as you have landed. A Comfort Parking staff member will be waiting for you on the bend between departures halls 2 and 3.
Important: Customers who have booked the valet service must go to Departure Hall 3, Door C.

Telefonservice bei Ankunft und abholung ne Katastrophe Man hat nur eine Computerstimme die nach einer Eingabe nur sagt ihre Reservierung konnte nicht gefunden werden und man wird mit dem Kundenservice verbunden wo aber keiner ran geht. Undesgab nur ein bully der hin und her gefahren ist
Goed verlopen, grote parkeerplaats. Shuttle reed meteen bij vertrek en stond klaar bij aankomst
Bonne expérience générale , juste petite inquiétude sur place car pas de personnel sur place … Pour savoir où mettez la voiture ? Mais tout s’est bien déroulé malgré tout ! Bon travail des voituriers !
Zoals aangegeven in de instructies, gebeld 30min voor aankomst op de parking (om 15u10 gebeld, aankomst om 15u40). Geen medewerker aanwezig, in tegenstelling tot de beschrijving in de mail. Shuttle rijdt om het half uur dus ik verwachtte dat wij om 16u opgehaald gingen zijn. De shuttle kwam gewoon niet!! We moesten wachten tot de volgende om 16u30, onze vlucht vertrok om 18u25! Het was NIET oké! Klantenservice gebeld, enkel bereikbaar via mail, totaal nutteloos dus als je daar staat. Klantenservice parkos niet veel beter, zei dat mijn boeking voor de shuttle om 16u was, wou niet luisteren naar het feit dat ik al om 15u40 daar was, én dat de shuttle om 16u die we hadden geboekt niet kwam! Pluspunten zijn vriendelijke chauffeurs en de terugweg ging vlot, daarom niet overal 1 ster voor deze parking.
We hebben de parking goed gevonden via gps. Goede instructies via mail ontvangen. We hebben niet lang moeten wachten op shuttle busje. Mail stond om half uur een shuttle maar dit ging sneller. Tip trek een foto waar je word afgezet , daar word je ook opgehaald. ( verwarrend en groot daar) Enige minpuntje; smalle doorgang en kwam vervallen over . Geen beschadigingen opgemerkt
