Encantado con el servicio recibido
En la entrega no se hicieron fotos del vehículo, y a la vuelta hubo que esperar casi media hora, no pasa nada, pero el coche lo encontramos más sucio de como se entregó. Aun así, se podría repetir.
La entrega del vehículo fue bien, nos estaban esperando como habitualmente. La recogida no, avisamos cuando el avión aterrizó y nos dijeron que llamaramos de nuevo al salir del mismo, cosa que hicimos, nos indicaron que fueramos a la puerta 7 de salidas y allí fuimos, llamamos al llegar, me preguntaron la matrícula del coche, y a los 15 min de estar esperando en el sitio acordado, volví a llamar, me dijeron que el coche estaba detrás de otros que habían tenido que mover y que se había retrasado. Total, que seguimos esperando, llame un par de veces mas y no me cogieron el telefono, tampoco respondian a mis WhatsApp. Finalmente, me llamaron que ya estaban llegando, tras otros 5 min después de la llamada, llegaron. Total, estuvimos esperando a las 9 de la mañana del día 4 de enero, con un frío intenso en la calle, mas de 30 minutos. Saludos
