About Park-Service24

General information

Park-service 24 is a friendly family company, where you can park your car seven days a week. This parking offers valet-service, and will park your vehicle for you on the asphalted parking lot. During your absence, your key will be kept in a safe. Park-Secure 24 is opened for you 7 days a week from 06:30-23:30.

Valet service
A driver from Park-service 24 will be waiting for you at the airport to drive your car to the parking lot. While the driver is still taking your car to the parking lot, you can already go to the check-in counter. When you return to Frankfurt, your car will be driven to the airport terminal again, so you can start your drive back home as soon as possible.

Please note that this airport is located in an environmentally protected area, and that an 'Umweltplakette' is required.

The well-lit parking lot of Park-service 24 is fenced. Upon your arrival, a vehicle inspection will take place. An employee of Park-service 24 will take photos and fill out a damages form to prevents misunderstandings later.

Your vehicle is insured the entire time, both at the parking lot and while it is being driven to and from the airport.

The parking lot of Park-Service 24 is asphalted. During your absence, your car key will be kept in a safe.

Park-Service 24 also offers a car wash, you can request this service at the spot.

How does valet parking work?

Arrival
 Please contact Park-Service 24 half an hour before arriving to the Frankfurt airport, to confirm your time of arrival. A driver will go to the agreed meeting point to pick up your car. Before handing over your car, there will be a short vehicle inspection which includes taking pictures and handing over your keys. Afterward, the driver will safely drive your car to the parking lot and park it there, and you can proceed to the check-in counter. You can recognize the driver by the Park-Service 24 logo on his clothing.

Return
 After claiming your luggage, please contact Park-Service 24 again, so an employee can drive your car to the terminal again. After getting back your car, you can comfortably start your drive back home.

It can occur that you will return a couple of days later or sooner from your trip than planned. Please contact Park-Service 24 about these changes, to discuss the possibilities and possible extra costs.
