Frankfurt Airport Parking has a parking lot designed for 270 cars. You car park your car there 24/7, and is well-known for its reliable shuttle-and valet service.

Shuttle service

With the shuttle service of Frankfurt Airport Parking you will drive to the parking garage. There will be a shuttle bus waiting for you at the parking garage, to take you to the Frankfurt airport. When you come back from your holidays, the shuttle bus will be waiting for you again to take you back to your car.

Valet service
The even more convenient option of parking is valet service. When choosing this option, you will drive directly to the Frankfurt airport, where your car will be picked up by an employee of Frankfurt Airport Parking. After your trip, an employee will safely drive back your car to the airport, from where you can start your drive back home relaxed.

Please be aware that this parking lot and airport are located in an environmentally protected area, and that an 'Umweltplakette' is required.

With Frankfurt Airport Parking you can park close to the airport in a secured, well-lit and closed-of parking garage. You are not required to hand-over your car keys, and even better, you can choose between shuttle-and valet service.

Please take into account that the parking garage has a height limit of 2.1 m and a maximum length limit of 5 m. Please check your vehicles measurements before making a reservation.

Important information

The parking provider recommends arriving 2.5 hours before your departure.

The parking provider charges a surcharge for vehicles that exceed 3.00 meters in width, 2.10 meters in height and 5.5 meters in length.

ATTENTION: For arrivals or departures between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., the parking provider charges a night surcharge. Please note the following information:

Delays or holiday extensions must be reported to the parking provider immediately in writing by email and by phone.

Terrible! Made the initial call for my vehicle at 9:34am after my return flight, for a 9:45am appointment. Didn't receive my vehicle until 11:20am! Tried calling numerous times for an explanation, however, no one answered the phone, eventually going to voicemail and then constant busy signal...Very unacceptable and unprofessional behavior!!!

Hab den Service das erste mal in Anspruch genommen. Erreichbarkeit des Personals, Kommunikation und Abwicklung beim Abflug wie bei der Ankunft erstklassig. Der Fahrer war äußerst hilfsbereit beim aus- und einladen des Gepäcks. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Werde in Zukunft immer den Service buchen
