Schon das zweite Mal mein Auto bei Safely Parking Parkhaus abgegeben und beide Male hat alles absolut reibungslos funktioniert. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.

Fahrzeug am Abflugterminal abgeben ist in Ordnung. Fahrzeug nach dem Urlaub ebenfalls am Abflugterminal abholen ist ungewöhnlich, da erst mal der Flughafen durchquert werden muss. Wäre es wie bei anderen am Ankunftsterminal gewesen, wäre es einfacher gewesen.

Diese Information wird bereits in der Buchungsbestätigung deutlich mitgeteilt, ist auf unserer Webseite hinterlegt und wird zusätzlich von unseren Fahrern vor Ort kommuniziert. Dieser Ablauf wird seit Beginn unseres Unternehmens auf diese Weise durchgeführt. Außerdem möchten wir erwähnen, dass wir sowohl bei der Fahrzeugannahme als auch bei der Rückgabe auf Sie gewartet haben – genau so, wie es zu einem professionellen Valet-Service dazugehört. Auch Ihre Bewertung hinsichtlich der Sicherheit können wir leider nicht nachvollziehen. Unsere Stellplätze sind sicher und überwacht. Zusätzlich wurde Ihr Fahrzeug sauber, geschützt und sogar **überdacht geparkt**, obwohl lediglich ein Stellplatz auf einer Freifläche gebucht wurde.
