Important information
The affordable parking service offers all services from a single source: from affordable parking to shuttle service and vehicle cleaning. The Park & Fly team provides comprehensive advice on all aspects of airport parking, so customers can park in a relaxed manner and enjoy their trip.
- Vehicle Category: A surcharge applies for vans (e.g., VW Multivan, Caravelle, Mercedes Vito, V-Class, Hyundai Staria, H-1, and similar models).
- Number of Passengers: The transfer is included in the price for up to 3 people. A surcharge will be applied starting from the 4th person.
- Night Surcharge: A night surcharge applies for transfers between 00:00 and 06:00.
- Oversized Luggage: An additional fee applies for the transport of bulky or oversized luggage.
- Terminal 3: Additional fee for the shuttle to terminal 3
- Extensions: In the event of a delayed return, the parking provider charges €25 per additional day. Please inform the provider by phone in such cases.

I arrived exactly at the time I had put on the applications form. I didn't ring 30 mins in advance as there is a list of rules I missed. upon my arrival I was very strongly chastised by the manager on site. I was very surprised a manager would speak to a customer like this. I felt I was working for them but to tell you the truth it would even unacceptable to speak to an employee like this. If you use them make sure you are aware of all the rules or you'll be spoke to like a bold boy ! I also got given out to for not booking with them Directly as parkos takes some money for the service. Just an experience I want to put behind me.

Einfach nur Mega freundlich das Personal ! Es hat alles super geklappt und wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder. :-)
Schlecht geplant Schlecht durchdacht Angekommen war alles besetzt sollte mich quer irgendwo hinstellen und Schlüssel da lassen damit er mein Fahrzeug bewegen kann um den anderen rauszulassen. Abholung hat ewig gedauert und in Frankfurt,Terminal 3 wird noch mal extra Geld verlangt, Nachtzuschlag gibt es auch noch einen usw. Macht dann keinen Sinn hätte direkt am Flughafen parken sollen, dachte spare mir was, Pustekuchen
Mitarbeiter am Parkplatz nicht kommunikativ, sehr von sich eingenommen, Problem beim Bezahlen Fahrer hatte eine sehr freundliche Art im Umgang mit Urlaubern Parkplatz überdacht sehr gut
