Please note the following information to ensure that your booking process runs smoothly and comfortably. If you have any questions or suggestions, our staff is always available on site.

• Our shuttle vehicles are wheelchair accessible and equipped with child seats suitable for transporting children. The provision of child seats is free of charge for you.
• The shuttle service includes 2 people. For the transport of each additional person, a supplement of € 10 will be charged on site.
• For minivans and campers over 4 m in length, we charge a supplement of € 40.
• We offer you a 24/7 service. For any late pick-up and return of the vehicle between 22:00 and 06:00, we charge a surcharge of €10.
• For extensions of the reserved parking period, we charge a surcharge of €20 for each additional day.
• Our additional services are:
  • Premium exterior and interior wash: €94.99
  • Electric car charging: €40 service fee plus electricity costs
  • Fuel service: €25 service fee plus fuel costs
• In case of late or early return of the vehicle, please inform us in good time so that no additional costs are charged.




Entry

Please bring your vehicle to D2 Park 2, 40878 Ratingen.

Please expect a waiting time of approximately 20-30 minutes until you are transported to the airport.

After a brief external check of your vehicle, you can park your vehicle on our premises and take your key with you. Your vehicle can also be safely parked by one of our employees if you wish.

The free shuttle service takes you directly to the departure terminal within 7 minutes.

Return journey

Please call us (0176-81413388) after you have picked up your luggage from the conveyor belt.

A Sun Park employee will be waiting for you at the meeting point (exit number 10 at departure) and will take you back to our car park.

Your vehicle will be returned there after a short vehicle check.

In the event of a late or early return or drop-off of the vehicle, please notify us in good time so that no additional charges are incurred.
