Important information:

4 persons are included in the shuttle ride. An additional charge applies for each additional person. Tip: You are welcome to drop your passengers off at the airport beforehand and drive to the park area alone/as a couple.

If you have any questions regarding changes to your reservation at the weekend or 24 hours before the start of your trip, we recommend that you contact the park provider. In case of late return, the surcharge can be paid in cash to the park provider on site.

How Shuttle Parking Works?

Arrival

You do not need to call the parking provider beforehand. Please drive directly to the parking provider; SICHERPARKEN-DUS is located at Ungelsheimer Weg 10, 40472 Düsseldorf.

Return journey

When you return from your trip, please call the SICHERPARKEN-DUS hotline as soon as you have left the aircraft. The shuttle will pick you up (top floor of terminal B/C in the area between door entrance/exit number 10/12) and take you to your vehicle.

Kurz und knapp: Katastrophe Am falschen Ende gespart und den Parkplatz hier gebucht. Morgens um 3 geöffnet heißt es. Mit Glück dann wen angefunden, der dann erstmal alles geöffnet hat, Auto zum Transport aus einer Nebenstraße geholt hat etc.. Das Auto wurde einfach auf der Straße geparkt. Das schlimmere übel, bei der Abholung. 45 min standen wir mit 2 kleinen Kindern am DUS und haben telefonisch niemanden erreicht. Auch Parkos als Unternehmen wusste nicht mehr weiter. 50 min. später war dann mal ein Handy eingeschaltet und wir wurden abgeholt, nach weiteren 20min.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wir wurden sicher zum Flughafen gebracht und pünktlich wieder abgeholt.Das Auto konnten wir unversehrt in Empfang nehmen
