Best-Park

Best-Park is a well established and experienced parking provider at the Düsseldorf Airport. Best-Park offers in total 4 Parking Services. You can either park you car in either the inexpensive outside lot or in a safe parking garage. Additionally, Best-Park offers a Shuttle or Valet Service that will bring you safely to the airport.

Shuttle-Service
When choosing the Shuttle-Service you drive to the meeting point of Best-Park at the Kieshecker Weg 153, and drop off your car. Your car will be parked at your chosen parking terrain and a driver of Best-Park will drive you the Airport. On your return trip you will be picked up at the airport again.

Valet-Service
The Valet Service offers you the unique opportunity to drive your own vehicle to the airport. An employee will await you, park your car and return it to the airport upon your arrival.

Please be aware that this parking is located in an environmental zone and you thus need the required badge

The parking lots of Best-Park are well protected through fences and CCTV. Additionally the parkings are light at night. Best-Park will check your car for possible damages in order to avoid any complications upon your return.

Your keys will be stored in a safe and during your reservation period your car insured according the general terms and conditions of Best-Park.

Best-Park offers excellent services. The shuttle and valet service is available from 03:00 to 00:00, and safely drives you from the parking lot to the airport. The employees are always happy to assist you with your luggage if needed. In addition to that, there is a waiting room at the parking lot, so you will be comfortable waiting until the shuttle bus is ready for you.

How does shuttle parking work?

Arrival
You will drive to the meeting point of Best-Park, where you will drop off your car. You will put your luggage in the shuttle bus, and you will be driven to the Düsseldorf airport. Your car is parked by one of the employees at your booked terrain.

Return
While you are claiming your luggage, approximately 15 minutes before coming to the terminal, please call the hotline. The telephone number will be provided in the reservation confirmation. The shuttle bus will pick you up again, and will safely drive you to the parking. After a short inspection of your vehicle again, you will get your car keys back, so you can continue your drive back home.

How does valet parking work

Arrival
On the departure day, you will drive directly to the departures terminal B-C. An employee of Best-Park will be waiting for you at the terminal, to do the vehicle inspection with you. After the inspection, you can pay for your parking space at the spot if you have not done so yet online. Your vehicle will be parked in the parking garage or at the outdoor parking lot, and you can directly proceed to the check-in counters.

Return
While you are claiming your luggage, approximately 15 minutes before coming to the terminal, please call the hotline. An employee of Best-Park will come to the airport terminal B-C again with your car. There will be a short vehicle inspection again, after which you will receive your car and car keys.
