Important information

The parking space is secured 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by ParkGarant staff. When your vehicle is handed over, it is thoroughly checked for possible damage. Photos are taken and the mileage is documented. Together with the driver, you fill out a form to avoid misunderstandings. According to the general terms and conditions of the parking provider, your vehicle is insured.

Important Information:

4 people are included in the booking price. For more than 4 people, a surcharge will be charged for each additional person.

The parking provider charges an additional fee for bulky luggage (e.g., golf bags, surfboards, ski equipment). This is available upon request.

For an additional charge, you can take your car keys with you while parking.

Please allow approximately 30 minutes for parking, including vehicle check-in and transfer to the airport.

Oversized vehicles (over 2.20 meters and 4.50 meters long) cannot be parked. Please contact the parking provider if in doubt. For larger vehicles, you may be required to leave your key with the parking provider.

Please note that the parking provider will drive your vehicle up to 10 km (20 km round trip) to the parking area, where it will be parked safely and securely during your absence.

If you have any questions regarding changes to your reservation on weekends or 24 hours before the start of your trip, we recommend contacting the parking provider. In case of a late return, the surcharge can be paid in cash to the parking provider on site.

Beim Transfer zum Flughafen stand nur ein Shuttlebus für ca. 20 Fahrgäste zur Verfügung. Der Mitarbeiter sagte, sein Kollege habe ihn hängen gelassen. Um noch rechtzeitig am Flughafen zu sein, haben wir nur das Auto abgegeben und uns dann ein Uber genommen. Rücktransport vom Flughafen zum Parkplatz war dann unproblematisch. Am Parkplatz allerdings 40 Minuten auf unser Auto gewartet, das auf einem Parkplatz in der Nähe abgestellt war. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen.

Auto war sehr dreckig als es geholt wurde. Als wir ankamen, war es nicht auf dem Parkplatz wo ich es abgegeben hatte, und niemand wusste wo es war. Hat ca 25 Minuten gedauert bis es da war………

Also ich muss sagen ich war angenehm überrascht wie gut alles geklappt hat Auto abgegeben wurden danach direkt Flughafen gebracht und wo wir wieder zurück waren nachdem ich Koffer abgeholt habe angerufen und die waren da bevor ich raus war besser geht nicht danke mit freundlichen Grüßen
