Important Information on the Shuttle Service

• Number of People: 3 people are included in the price. The car park provider charges a surcharge from the 4th person onwards.
• Luggage: 1 piece of luggage and 1 piece of hand luggage are included in the price. A surcharge must be paid for every additional piece of luggage.
• Vehicle Size: Additional fees apply for oversized vehicles (such as SUVs and minivans). Please check the corresponding surcharges carefully during the booking process.
• Important: Please call the car park provider at arrival and on return **at least 20 minutes in advance** to avoid waiting times and potential surcharges during the high season.
• Payment: In case of a delayed return, the surcharge can be paid on site to the car park provider in cash.

Ankunft
Am Anreisetag fahren Sie direkt zum Abflugterminal. Wir bitten Sie 20 Minuten vor Ankunft am Flughafen die 01783578195 anzurufen. Ein Mitarbeiter vom Parkplatzanbieter wird Sie am Treffpunkt empfangen, und es erfolgt ein kürzer Fahrzeugcheck. Daraufhin können Sie sich schon zum Check-in begeben. Während Ihre Abwesenheit wird Ihr Fahrzeug sicher geparkt.

Rückreise
Nach Erhalt des Gepäck, kontaktieren Sie ValetPro telefonisch. Daraufhin wird Ihr Fahrzeug wieder am abgemachten Treffpunkt vorgefahren, und können Sie ganz entspannt Ihre Heimreise fortsetzen.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Anbieter einen Aufpreis für Fahrzeuge in Übergröße berechnet. Hierzu zählen Vans, Kleinbusse, wie beispielsweise ein T5, oder Vito, Camper und Wohnmobile.

Bei verspäteter Rückkehr kann der Aufpreis vor Ort in Bar bezahlt werden.
