Safe Parken Koeln offers you a safe parking possibility due to the fenced as well as illuminated parking areas. In addition, the provider's staff is on site 24/7. When the vehicle is handed over, a joint inspection is carried out to confirm that the vehicle has been handed over properly. If everything has been properly completed, the parking fee is paid in cash or online in advance via Parkos. Afterwards, you will be taken to the airport by shuttle bus and also picked up on your return journey. This service is free of charge for you!

Prices, Luggage, and Surcharges
- Up to 3 people are included in the shuttle service price. A surcharge applies for each 4th person or more.
- The price includes 1 piece of checked baggage and 1 piece of carry-on luggage per person. Additional pieces of baggage are subject to a surcharge.
- The parking provider charges a surcharge for SUVs and other oversized vehicles. Please consider these surcharges during the booking process.

Arrival
The acceptance of the car and the transfer to the airport Cologne takes place on our parking area in Troisdorf.
Please call 20 minutes before arrival at the parking area, so that you can be received by the Safe Park staff. You can park your car independently, which makes it unnecessary to hand over the keys.
.Afterwards you will be taken to the airport by shuttle bus and also picked up again on your return journey. This service is free of charge for you!
Return
After you get your luggage back, please contact Safe parken Koeln by phone. Go to the same place where you arrived on the outward journey with the shuttle. There is always a shuttle bus available for you.
For the shuttle bus transfer, you can request child seats, and the respective staff member will be happy to help you with your luggage.
If you have any questions regarding changes to your reservation on weekends or 24 hours prior to the start of your trip, we recommend contacting the park provider. In case of late return, the extra charge can be paid on the spot in cash to the park provider.

Erste Mal gebucht, alles super gelaufen. Pünktlich, schnell und sehr zuverlässig. Kurze Wege top Planung. Würde ich immer wieder buchen und auch weiterempfehlen.
Wirklich empfehlenswert, einfach alles gut geklappt.
Die Telefonate Abgabe und Rückgabe waren Top. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine genauere Beschreibung der Übergabeorte könnte vielleicht noch etwas verbessern Skizze o.ä.. Es war wirklich spitze.
Beim abholen etwas lange gewartet Ansonsten alles super geklappt
Auf die Rückgabe des Wagens mussten wir - trotz rechtzeitiger telefonischer Ankündigung unserer Ankunftszeit und nochmaliger Meldung bei der Kofferausgabe - 40 Minuten warten! Das ist leider inakzeptabel, insbesondere um Mitternacht. Zudem war der Wagen nach Rückgabe erheblich mit Schlammspritzern verdreckt, was dagegen spricht, dass er tatsächlich auf einem asphaltierten Parkplatz abgestellt worden war.
Es hat alles fuktioniert, trotz unserer Flugverspätung.
