General information
New Park is an outdoor and secure parking space at a low price. You park your car there yourself and can therefore keep your keys with you. The staff is made up of employees experienced in the rental of parking spaces. The shuttle bus will take you to Charleroi airport.
Safety
New Park has a very effective security system, which includes a fence, good lighting, surveillance cameras and a guard with a dog. Therefore, you do not have to worry about the security of your vehicle in your absence.The supplier has liability insurance.
Facilities
This provider has a waiting room with free wi-fi and toilets. The staff is willing to help you with your luggage and help you if your car battery is flat. Child seats are also available free of charge on request.
For people with reduced mobility, assistance is available. However, you will have to inform us by phone the day before your arrival.
Additional services: An inventory of fixtures can be made at the request of the client for an additional fee of €5. You can also ask for a car wash (€10), charging station (€10) and starting assistance (€10).

Due to the high season, the car park has limited the number of passengers per reservation that the shuttle can carry to 2. This means that if you are more than 2 people, you are advised to drop other passengers and luggage at the airport. You will be charged 5€ per person and per trip from the 3rd person.start
On the day of your departure, go directly to the New Park field. Approximately 15 minutes before your arrival, please call the provider to confirm your arrival. There are signs from the highway exit to the parking lot. Report to the reception desk and park your vehicle on the grounds. You can then take the shuttle bus to Charleroi airport.Back
Upon your return, please contact the shuttle at the same number as soon as you have collected your luggage. The shuttle will be waiting for you at the same place where it dropped you off on the outward journey and you will then be able to return to the supplier's parking lot.Location
