At Aeropark Cherleroi, the customer is king. Upon arrival, you will be warmly greeted at reception. Staff will help you with your luggage, and you will be directed to the waiting room where you will have access to a toilet, and an ATM, while waiting for your shuttle transfer to the airport in just 2 minutes!
Departure
On the day of your departure, go to the Aeropark Charleroi Low Cost car park at the address indicated above. Please call 30 minutes before your arrival at the following number: +32 491 13 73 50 . In this way, the parking will be organized for your arrival.
Once you arrive, all you need to do is park your car before boarding the shuttle. Of course, the driver is always ready to help you with your luggage. The shuttle takes you to the departure terminal of Charleroi airport in about two minutes.
Back
Upon your return, please contact the car park by phone as soon as you have collected your luggage. The shuttle will meet you at the same place where it dropped you off on the day of your departure.
For any questions concerning the modification or cancellation of your reservation on weekends, during your trip, or less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure, we invite you to contact the car park.

It is a huge car park with gravel. Only some parts are asphalt. I lost 10min trying to find an empty place since the car park was full. Cars were parked everywhere even in the exits of the lanes. Shuttle service was good.

Une expérience négative, j’ai perdu mon papa la veille de mon départ,, je vous est téléphoné à plusieurs reprises pour annuler ma réservation et je n’ai jamais eu personne , j’ai laissé un message et aucune réponse
