Surefly Parking is located just 4 minutes from Zaventem Airport and is one of our trusted partners offering parking services with a shuttle bus. Are you looking for a secure, paved and well-lit car park near the airport? Then you’ve come to the right place. Thanks to the numerous security cameras and 24-hour service, you can set off on your journey with peace of mind. They offer a dedicated service to make the start of your journey as easy as possible, with friendly staff on hand to help you load and unload your luggage on arrival and departure. The car park has child seats that can be fitted in the shuttle bus if you are travelling with children. A jump-start service is also available to help you start your car in the event of a breakdown when leaving the car park. €5 from the 4th passenger. Each additional day of parking costs €15.
Electric vehicle service: We have charging points on-site at a rate of €0.85/kWh. To use this service, we ask that you leave your car keys with us. This allows our team to move your car once charging is complete, freeing up the charging point for other travellers. It’s simple, convenient, and your car will be ready to go when you return.
Departure
On the day of your departure, go to the Surefly Parking Zaventem car park at the address given in your confirmation e-mail. Please call 30 minutes before your arrival to allow staff to prepare for your arrival. Once you have arrived, simply park your car and board the shuttle bus. The driver will be happy to help you with your luggage. The journey to the Zaventem airport terminal takes approximately fifteen minutes.
The return journey
On your return, contact the car park as soon as you have collected your luggage. The shuttle will be waiting for you at the same place where it dropped you off on your departure. If you wish to change or cancel your reservation at the weekend or less than 24 hours before your departure, please contact the car park. Adjustments may be made according to availability.

Surefly Parking Zaventem
Beste, dank u voor de feedback. We tellen een paar nederlandstaligen in ons team. De rest spreekt zowieso minimum ook engels.The parking was just behind the unrelated office building, no fences, not guarded, not even properly marked (check Google maps before booking with them). no person to meet you there or even a guard cabin - just a random open parking that looks like free parking slots. You just park on the unmarked, not guarded parking, call (managed to get them on 3rd attempt) and wait for a transfer. We waited for 20min, the explanation was - your reservation was for 11.30 and you arrived 15min later. The guys had an issue with the car and were trying to resolve it on phone while driving us to the airport- it needed tires replacement, but they didn’t have time to do it as one car was already on service and they had passengers to meet. On the way back I texted and call in advance, when arrived to the pick up spot, called to ask where is the car. They said it was there 5min ago but you were not there so they left (why didn’t they call 5min ago was unclear). Waited for another 20min for pickup with the unmarked car, during that time they stopped picking up phone. Highly not recommended- I use this kind of parkings all the time, it was the first time I experienced something like this.
