The transfer service
1. The shuttle service is ready to leave after every single check-in without having to wait for fixed times. The time required for the shuttle to reach the passenger loading / unloading point, to and from the airport, is guaranteed in a maximum of 3.5 minutes.
2. The loading / unloading point is located near the Underpass of the cycle path which is 280 meters away from the entrance door to the check-in, a distance that takes between 2 and 4 minutes on foot. The use of the Underpass (a route also used by most of the airline's traveling staff) allows you to enjoy a very fast service, without the risk of interruptions or slowdowns due to heavy traffic, road accidents, bottlenecks inside the Terminal, etc.
Upon explicit request, the transfer can be requested up to the Terminal entrance. In this case, travel times will clearly be a little longer and subject to
traffic conditions. The request must be reported in the notes at the time of booking and involves a surcharge of € 5.00 each way to be paid at the counter at the time of registration to offset the cost of the toll at the airport

Special conditions
The shuttle service is free for up to a maximum of 5 people per booking and for standard luggage. Beyond this number and for special luggage, parking requires an additional cost of € 2.50 per person to be paid directly at the parking lot.
Special conditions in the peak periods
During the high season (15 July/5 September + 20 December/5 January) parked vehicles are distributed between the Grassobbio site and the Bergamo depot (via Magni 2). Parking and travel are covered by a suitable insurance policy.

The structure is equipped with 2 decentralized areas, also equipped with a video surveillance system, used for storage. During the high season (July 15/Sep 5 + Dec 20/Jan 5) the vehicles can be moved to optimize logistical needs. They are found in v. Magni 2, Bergamo and in v. Sondrio 2, Seriaten both deposits are covered by insurance.
Are you traveling with a child?
If you are traveling with a child, select the Infant and toddler seat option when booking to take advantage of the car seat provided by the car park for free.
Return to another airport
Does your return flight arrive at Malpensa or Linate airport? No problem, you can book the "Car moving back to Milan Malpensa airport" or Linate service at an additional cost to find your car at the return terminal.
Conditions for parking large vehicles
Prices are intended for cars. For campers and vans (eg Ford Transit, Caravelle etc.), an additional cost of 50% is required to be paid on site. The maximum height for the covered parking is 3.20 m. For vehicles such as Pick-up there is an additional cost of 30% to be paid on the spot.

General information
Just 700 meters from the Orio terminal is Low-Cost New Parking, the partner car park of Park-Orio. Parking here is easy, a free shuttle bus will take you immediately near the Underpass of the cycle path 280 meters away from the entrance door to check-in. It is also possible to reach the airport on foot, given the proximity to the terminal, in about 10-15 minutes. However, the shuttle transfer is free for the outward and return journeys. The new unloading point is 280 meters from the entrance door to the check-in, a distance that can be covered on foot in a period of between 2 and 4 minutes max.
Parking with shuttle bus to the underpass
To park at Low-Cost New Parking, follow the instructions and leave your car at the reception. A shuttle bus will take you immediately to the unloading point. On the way back, the same shuttle bus will pick you up at the departures area.
Safety
Low-cost NewParking is a complex monitored 24H NON STOP with a CCTV surveillance service. There your car will be safe and protected by a professional surveillance system with an alarm system connected 24H / 24 to an operations center. All vehicles parked at the Low-cost NewParking are covered by a policy stipulated by a primary insurance company against theft, fire and vandalism.
Facilities
Low-Cost New Parking has parking spaces reserved for the disabled.
In the parking lot there is a waiting room with TV and automatic machines for food and hot drinks, toilets, one of which is for the disabled. Free wi-fi is available in the parking area.
Additional bookable services: external, internal and complete washing. The car park offers an electric car charging service, with a fast charging column with a 22kw double socket. Other services: Car battery charging in case of emergency. Tire pressure check and repair, service and oil change, service available hand car wash with the possibility of sanitizing the passenger compartment.

Reach Low-Cost New Parking. - A4 TURIN-VENICE MOTORWAY take the BERGAMO exit - Overcome the barrier for the payment of the motorway toll - At the roundabout take the first exit and enter the freeway - After about 1 km exit towards AIRPORT. - You are on the EXSS591, continue for about 1.2 km and take the direction GRASSOBBIO - At the roundabout turn left, you are in Via Grassobbio - Go through two roundabouts, after about 1km you are at a traffic light: turn left into Via Tonale - Continue 400 meters and near the Q8 petrol station keep left - Go straight, you are in via Orio al Serio and you have arrived! An operator will take photos of the vehicle to record its condition. A shuttle that circulates according to the needs of customers will immediately take you to the airport.
